Pricing
Base pricing applies to properties 0–1,500 sq. ft.. Additional charges apply for larger homes. All pricing is subject to change based on square footage and the specific services requested.

Additional Services
We’re happy to accommodate additional services such as aerial photography, video walkthroughs, virtual twilight edits, real twilight photography, and virtual staging. Please let us know in advance so we can schedule the proper time and resources.

Mileage
Appointments within 30 miles of our location are included in the package. For locations beyond 30 miles, a mileage fee of $0.70 per mile will apply.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. For changes made within 12 hours, please contact us directly so we can notify the photographer. A cancellation fee of up to $200 may apply to cover reserved time and lost opportunities. If the photographer has already traveled to the appointment, travel fees may also be charged.
